Please have each individual attendee from your company complete this form to ensure accurate booking details and availability for everyone.

Lunch, coffee and refreshments breaks will be provided for you throughout the day on 2/5.

Our Sales Kickoff will be taking place at White Oaks Resort & Spa in the Niagara Region. The vendor tradeshow begins the morning of Thursday, February 5th. Access to drop off equipment and set up your booth will begin the evening of Wednesday, February 4th, followed by Happy Hour.

What’s included

Your $3,000 USD sponsorship includes 2 tickets, 1 skirted table, 2 chairs, a waste basket, and access to an electrical outlet. For every additional tickets, a fee of $150 USD will be applied.

2:30pm – 3:00pm: Vendor Appreciation
3:00pm – 3:30pm: Event Closing & Booth Takedown

For those planning to arrive the night before - the Grand Event Hall will be available for any equipment drop off or set up beginning at 6:00PM.
