James Morrison
Senior Director – Security Programs at Intelisys
James Morrison is the Senior Director for Security Programs for Intelisys, a ScanSource company. He joined Intelisys in May 2022 after working as a Chief Information Security Officer and Distinguished Technologist - Cyber Security at Ntirety and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).
Prior to working at HPE, James spent 22 years with the FBI as a Senior Computer Scientist, focused on cyber security. He worked on numerous national security and criminal intrusion investigations, as an active Cyber Security Expert, identifying security vulnerabilities and implementing solutions. He was a Regional Program Manager for the FBI Computer Science program and Adjunct Faculty Member for the FBI, teaching multiple classes at Quantico and internationally.
Prior to his career in the FBI, James was an engineer for Lockheed Martin and a System Administrator the US Air Force at Schriever AFB and Clark AB, RP.
Karin Skapski

Japjit Ghai
Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group
Japjit Ghai is a member of BCG X, Boston Consulting Group’s tech build and design unit, specifically leading global efforts in building cutting-edge AI and digital systems that go beyond prototypes to transform businesses. He is a Managing Director & Partner based in Silicon Valley serving SaaS/Software, Network Tech, IT Services, and Telecom clients globally.
He’ll share the trends and insights learned as companies move beyond AI pilots and start to integrate the technology into the fabric of their organizations.
Japjit received his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta in India, and his Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. He has worked across BCG's New York, Singapore, Jakarta, New Delhi, and Mumbai offices.
John Dwyer
Vice President, Business Development & Digital Solutions at Smurfit Westrock
John Dwyer is Vice President of Business Development/Digital Solutions at Smurfit Westrock. A 25-year professional in the print and packaging industry, John got his hands dirty in printing while studying finance at the University of Akron. This led to a variety of roles in labels, flexible packaging, financial cards and packaging and merchandising materials. John has a natural curiosity and is a multi-patent holder in specialty packaging and security as well as automation solutions for smart packaging deployment.
John is currently obsessed with creating Born Digital packaging solutions that can provide every sustainable product with its own unique identity in the Cloud to improve supply chain visibility, reduce waste and measure recycling. When not on an airplane John works from his basement with his Australian Shepherd assistant, Ted.
